Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Portraitkart, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Order Process

  • All orders are custom-made based on your provided photos and specifications
  • Order confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful payment
  • Production begins only after payment (full or deposit) is received
  • Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from order confirmation

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept full payment or 50% deposit at the time of order
  • If deposit is chosen, remaining balance must be paid before shipping
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • Payment is processed through secure third-party payment gateways

4. Digital Proofs & Revisions

  • A digital proof will be sent for your approval before final production
  • Up to 2 minor revisions are included free of charge
  • Major changes or additional revisions may incur extra charges
  • Final approval must be given within 7 days of receiving the proof
  • Once approved, no further changes can be made

5. Image Requirements

  • You must have the rights to use any photos submitted
  • High-resolution, clear images produce the best results
  • We reserve the right to refuse images that are inappropriate or of poor quality
  • Submitted images should clearly show facial features of subjects

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the physical portrait delivered to you. However:

  • Portraitkart retains the copyright to the artwork created
  • We may use completed works in our portfolio/marketing (unless you opt out)
  • You may not reproduce or sell the artwork commercially without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

Portraitkart's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control. In case of damage during shipping, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
