Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days for creation, plus 3-7 days for
shipping within India. You'll receive a digital proof for approval before we finalize
your portrait, so the total time may vary slightly based on your feedback.
High-resolution photos with good lighting work best. The subject's face should be
clearly visible without shadows or blur. Close-up shots or photos where faces are at
least 1/3 of the frame produce the best results. Avoid heavily filtered or low-quality
images.
Absolutely! We can create portraits with multiple subjects. Each additional subject
costs extra based on the portrait size. You can combine photos from different sources -
our artists will seamlessly blend them into one beautiful composition.
We offer up to 2 free revisions on your digital proof. Simply let us know what changes
you'd like, and our artist will make adjustments. Additional revisions beyond 2 may
incur a small fee. We want you to be completely happy before we finalize!
Yes! We offer a 50% deposit option. Pay half when you place your order, and the
remaining balance before we ship your portrait. This is especially helpful for larger
orders.
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping costs vary by destination, typically
ranging from ₹999 to ₹2,499. Delivery times are 10-21 business days depending on
location. Please note that customs duties are the recipient's responsibility.
It depends on where you plan to display it. 8×10 inches is perfect for desks or small
walls. 11×14 is our most popular size, great for living rooms. 16×20 makes a stunning
statement piece. Need a specific size? We also offer custom dimensions.
Absolutely. Your photos are stored securely and used solely to create your portrait. We
never share your images with third parties. Photos are automatically deleted from our
systems 90 days after order completion unless you request otherwise.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund. After that, if work has
already begun, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Once you've approved the digital proof,
orders cannot be cancelled as the artwork is already finalized.
Yes! We can include premium gift packaging with a personalized message card. Just
mention it in the special instructions when placing your order, or contact us after
ordering. Gift packaging is available for an additional ₹199.
